The
following charge rates, are applicable where it is not possible
to agree a fixed price for a job. This may be because the project
is ill-defined, impossible to predict, or includes tasks specifically
excluded from fixed price contracts in our standard terms and
conditions.
Any variations to these rates, or our standards terms & conditions,
must be agreed in writing, prior to commencement of the assignment.
By
the Hour
Short
jobs can be charged by the hour.
The 1st hour, or part, is charged at £100. subsequent
hours are charged at £50 per hour, or part, office hours,
weekdays.
The 1st hour, or part, is charged at £150. subsequent
hours are charged at £75 per hour, or part, out of office
hours, weekdays.
The 1st two hours, or part thereof, are charged at £150
each. subsequent hours are charged at £75 per hour, or
part, weekends. (2 hrs min)
By
the Day
Where
it is agreed in advance that attendance for a whole day or more
is required, the following rates apply. The "½ day"
rate is used for the last day, if the tasks are completed before
12 noon.
Weekdays are charged at £400 (1/2 day rate = £225)
Weekends are charged at £700 per day (1/2 day rate = £400)
A
Week, or More
The
weekly (Monday thro Friday) rate is £1750, subsequent
days are charged at £400 for week days, and £700
for weekend days.
Contract
or Longer Term Assignments
Where
a client requires longer term or regular attendance, eg for
meetings, then a contract rate in consideration of the committed
"ongoing business", can be agreed.
Expenses
& Travel Time
These
will not normally be charged for "local clients",
excepting overnight accommodation, air fares, train fares, "congestion
charges", or where specified in a written quotation.
