Rates
The
following charge rates, are applicable for work conducted, off
site, for example preparing report's, proposals, or giving support
over the telephone.
Any variations to these rates, or our standards terms & conditions,
must be agreed in writing, prior to commencement of the assignment.

Telephone
support is chargeable in 20 minute units, according to the time
of day (or night) :-

Report
Preparation
Report
preparation, & similar exercises, are chargeable in 20 minute
segments at the rate of £50 per hour.
Contract
or Longer Term Assignments
Where
a client requires longer term assistance, or regular attendance,
eg for meetings, then a contract rate in consideration of the
committed "ongoing business", can be agreed.

On-Site
Support
When
a site visits are required, these are charged as various rates
according to the duration, and timing of the visit.
