Our
contract charges are structured to save you money, no matter
how small your Network.
By
entering into a support contract - you will benefit from :-
Simplified
Billing
- Monthly invoices cut down your admin overheads.
Reduced
Billing - Contracted "On Site" hour are
charged at the basic hourly rate of £60 per hour, whether
it be the 1st hour, or even "evenings" or "weekends".
Short (<10mins) telephone support calls are "Free of
Charge", when you call me, during office hours, all others,
except "overnight" are reduced by approximately 10%.
Responsivity
- Because you always pay the same low rate, you don't have to
save up problems to save money, freeing you to authorise shift
leaders to request support.
Availabilty
- You will be notified by email of when I will not be available
, and alternative support arrangements.
Contract
Overview
You
pay a monthly "charge", for the contract period, 12
months minimum initially.
I then charge you, at the specified reduced rates.

NB1
The Maximum hours that are discounted include the hours that are
included for the monthly charge.
NB2 Hours that are normally charged
at the basic rate do not count against your discounted hours.
NB3 Typical Max Net Saving means
the max saving you can make, per month, with short, normal hours
visits.
Either
party can cancel the contract by giving 3 months notice, after
the first 12 months.
