When
you have to roll-out new equipment, "Out of Hours",
can often seem to be ideal. Ideal that is until you consider
the affect that it will have on your staff and working hours
support.
Depleting
your support team in normal hours, by asking them to work evenings
and weekends instead, can be a recipe for disaster. The very
people you need to help your users use the new system, aren't
available, or become so tired that they don't function as well
as they normally do.
